    Bought a Ricardo lobster tool, used it once got very rusted after one cleaning (lol@Ricardo brand btw), got back to them with it; they said they can't refund without me meeting the manager, who is available only during the day on week days. So yes I had to meet the manager for a 15$ ustensil that was obviously defect and probably miss work for it. They ended up calling me and giving me back my money but still managed to lose my customership with that -wrong-answer.

    Its a very lovely book store, but their English section is very limited. But they have wonderful gift ideas, and perfect drawing therapy books. The staff is very attentive and very kind. It is a very calming store you can take your time in.

    The place is nice, charming and the employees are really helpful in choosing books and providing service in general. I find the place a bit pricey, especially with other nearby shops offering similar articles more competitive - and they're also small local owners.
