    Went shopping for dining set. They have the most beautiful tables I've seen out there and the prices aren't inflated. A lot of quality for a fair price. Easy going sales staff as well, they don't hover.

    Amazing service and products! Really happy to have been able to support a Canadian furniture company that stands by their products, has fabulous customer service & most of all... creates amazing stuff! My chairs arrived promptly and exactly as pictured and described online. Would order one of their gorgeous dining room tables... but my place isn't big enough!

    We explained that we needed the chair for a family event 3-4 days later and politely asked if someone at the store could make an exception and do us the favor of putting the 6 screws in an envelope and ship them to us via Canada post. This was not possible. We asked if there was someone else we could talk to who could authorize this, which was not possible either. We were then asked to send an email to their service address, which we promptly did politely explaining the situation. We were asked to call back the next day.

    My girlfriend and I left an overall positive review further down. This was before we experienced Wazo Furniture's customer service. We bought 4 chairs in the store a few weeks before Christmas and brought them home. When we came back we noticed that the screws to assemble one of the chairs were missing. No big deal, that kind of stuff obviously happens so we called the store.

    After about 10 calls over 5 hours to the store the next day we got through to a representative who confirmed that they had received the email, but could not tell us when it would be "processed". The person could not help us even though she confirmed that the screws were indeed more or less within her reach and would take a maximum of 10 minutes to mail. Again we were not allowed to speak to anyone else.

    Through this the representatives we spoke with showed a complete lack of flexibility or understanding for the situation and quite frankly did not seem to care at all. To the extend that it was almost absurd to have the conversations over 6 screws and we felt like they must have been taping us for a tv show or something.

    A week later we received an email saying that the screws would be sent "ASAP". After another 2 weeks of waiting we followed up again and were again told they would be sent straight away. In the end we received the screws a few days ago almost 7 weeks after initially contacting Wazo. The screws were ironically sent to us using Canada Post.

    Great service and great tables! Worth the visit! Pending delivery in a 35 kilometre radius! After reading certain comments we hope that the experience will be a positive one! Well sad to say that although the presentation is very nice the back-end is not very organized or better said not at all! We requested a full refund and they complied. Unfortunate waste of time and energy! remember if its too good to be true than chances are its not that good!

    We were told we could either do the 2 hour round trip to pick up the 6 tiny screws in person at the store or wait 10-15 business days for shipping from a warehouse. Possibly longer than 10-15 since it was "busy holiday times". The screws are of no real value, but unfortunately custom in size so we could not just use any. The representative confirmed that the screws were readily available at the store, but they could not be mailed from the store for a reason the representative would not explain.

    I would actually like to rate this company is zero stars at this point! Unfortunate as some of the products are great. As others not so much. I am so ridiculously frustrated by this point we've had issues from the beginning! We ordered a coffee table, which we received in November that is terribly constructed and is completely wobbly. We have attempted to communicate with customer service by email messenger and phone and we have literally been ignored various times, three months later we still have not been shipped a return form to ship back our table so many months later. Which we were told we would receive. They recently told us they were going to refund $200 and that they would allow us to keep our $600 table. Are you kidding me? We are now stuck with a $600 table, in it's original packaging that is completely unusable to us. I agreed at first to this as I saw the word refund, which I misunderstood, as I was so happy one early (groggy) morning to FINALLY see a solution. Also a mistake, because they can make countless errors but apparently customers cannot. And in the end we are in my opinion the company has dishonestly stolen $400 from us. We will be disputing this charge with our visa company and connecting with the better business bureau as well to file a complaint, I did not recommend any business with this company ! It's feeling insane at this point to be honest. The point is not so much about the money, the point is we are STILL stuck with a table we do not want, nor would we feel good about selling it to anybody. Even after a response from the "owner" as seen below I have written yet another message to rectify this problem. We are also still out $400. The note at the bottom from the owner is not fully true, as I misunderstood that they were only refunding $200 on our $600 purchase. I have actually contacted customer service for a better solution and to no avail, still stuck with a faulty product! Don't risk it! Terrible customer service, very obviously lacking moral.

    We will obviously not shop at Wazo furniture again. We advise you do not either. A shame really, because some of the furniture is indeed very nice.
